NOTICE TO ALL CLUBS

WOULD ALL CLUBS PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THERE CONTROL BROOMFIELD BOWLING CLUB WILL NOW BE PLAYING ALL THERE MATCHES AT PORTLAND ROAD FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

THIS PARTICULARLY APPLIES TO ALL CLUBS IN DIVISION ONE AND THEY ARE ASKED TO NOTE THAT THE BROOMFIELD  HOME MATCHES WILL NOW BE  PLAYED ON A TUESDAY EVENING.

 

THE REASONS BEHIND THIS MOVE INVOLVE THE POWERS THAT BE AT SMETHWICK CRICKET CLUB. FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS UNFORTUNATE AFFAIR WILL NO DOUBT EMERGE AS THE SEASON PROGRESSES. 

        

THE COMMITTEE WOULD THEREFORE ASK THAT ALL CLUBS GIVE BROOMFIELD FULL COOPERATION IN THIS CHANGE OF VENUE AND ANY HELP THEY CAN IN ENSURING THAT BROOMFIELDS FUTURE WILL DULY REMAIN AT SMETHWICK CRICKET CLUB.
